Yesterday, we celebrated our incredible young readers and their families as they accomplished a HUGE milestone: reading 1000 books before starting kindergarten!

Special thank you to Ball Ground Elementary School STEM Academy for letting us celebrate our young graduates on your cafeteria stage.

Thank you to State Representative Rick Jasperse for your donation of $250 to support prizes for our Slice of Summer Challenge! 🍕📚

The Slice of Summer Challenge encourages community members to read for 30 minutes every day during the month of May for the chance to win a $10 gift card to a local pizza restaurant.

With the $250 donation from Representative Jasperse, there are now an additional 25 gift card prizes to pizza restaurants in Pickens county for community members to win.
