Vickery Creek Middle

Vickery Creek Middle OFFICIAL facebook of Vickery Creek MS, located in Cumming, GA! VCMS, home of the Vipers, opened with 700 students in 1999.

It was named after the community, Vickery Creek, in which it is located. Vickery Creek is named after a Cherokee woman named Sharlot Vickery that lived in present-day Roswell and owned much of the land around the creek. The creek was originally called Cedar Creek; however, the name was changed to Vickery some time after the arrival of Roswell King and family in 1834. The building was a new constru

ction prototype, which has been replicated across the county multiple times and also modified into a two-story design. It received classroom additions and renovations in 2002.

Incoming 6th Graders: Kick off your middle school journey at Viper Camp from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

Returning 7th & 8th Graders: Come say hi during our Drop-in session from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM.

KC is a true rockstar here at Vickery Creek Middle School. Whether she's finding creative, meaningful ways to connect with her students or searching for the silver lining in every situation, her positive energy is absolutely contagious.
