Underwood Hills is a neighborhood located on Atlanta’s westside. It is a diverse, family-oriented, intown community consisting of single-family homes, apartments, townhomes and condominiums, as well as commercial and light industrial businesses. Underwood Hills is conveniently located to all Atlanta has to offer from Downtown and Midtown to the burgeoning Westside to Buckhead. We’re just minutes a

way from Atlanta’s best dining and shopping, as well as outdoor attractions such as a number of parks, the Atlanta BeltLine, and the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. The Underwood Hills Neighborhood Association is a non-profit civic organization recognized by the IRS under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(4). The Association exists to preserve and improve the quality of life of the residents of Underwood Hills. It organizes community events, advocates on behalf of the residents, and acts as a liaison to governmental entities, private businesses, and other groups on issues such as development and zoning, safety, and traffic.

UH Youth Highlight! Eagle Scout Candidate Jack Berger presented his Eagle Scout plan at the General Meeting this Monday. His project summary included his plan to replace the park fence, detailing the improvements, fundraising needs and project timeline. By the end of the meeting Jack had met his $1,400 funding target, and the fence work will start this Friday with completion by the end of the weekend! Any excess funds raised will be allocated towards future Park projects, so if you’d like to contribute to Jack’s Park fundraising efforts, please see the GoFundMe link https://gofund.me/65eeb26e4! And that’s a wrap! 38 Kilometer Kids from Underwood hills and surrounding neighborhoods have trained twice/week since February in the FREE Atlanta track club program! They just wrapped their season up and ran a combined 525 miles!! They and our volunteer coaches meet rain or shine and train on the underwood hills park field. We are so proud of their effort and dedication!

🌳Our teen committee meets throughout the year to oversee tree plantings and cleanups with our friends Our next event will be May 9!
📱 is hosting a free electronics recycling event this Saturday at Lenox mall!
🪥Neighborhood President Steven Lindsay has partnered with to help Recycle Oral Care Product Waste. Drop off your leftover containers, and toothbrushes to the bin at 1743 Ridgeway Ave
🗑️ Many UH families partner withCompostNoww and DM us for a referral code if you’re interested in trying out this service!
🛍️ will recycle your clean plastic bags in the bin right outside the entrance.
🧹 takes a ton of hard to recycle items like old paint, electronics, old bikes and more!
