Friends of Archaeologists Without Borders of the Maya World is Working to support the conservation of cultural heritage in the Maya World through a more sustainable cultural framework OUR MISSION:
creating an International non profit Organization: Archeologist without borders, in order to be able to preserve historical ruins and their surrounding. How: creating international workshops in areas whe
re archeological ruins are at risk of being destroyed due to increased population and modern construction right on the sight. The work shops are free of charge, yet in order to create them we are depended on donations and use Pay it forward system, to support those who can't afford the travel and lodging expenses. awareness of the importance of their preservation,for cultural and and environmental reasons.
4. bringing in solution, creating collaborations of private people and institutions and government offices.
5. Our first workshop is planed for August 21-24 2017 in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Quintana Roo is rich in Mayan ruins dating since the 6th century AD , and the are at risk of being destroyed as the population and modern constructions in the jungle are increasing rapidly . This would be the first of many other workshops we would like to create and orgenaze , world wide. Your Donations will support us in realizing our mission:
