I'm aware that the Social Security Admin is dealing with widespread IT outages & has closed all offices to the public as a result. I have requested more information from the SSA related to the extent of the outage & the steps needed to get offices back open & serving the public.

SSA has provided the following guidance for individuals seeking service during this outage:
