Today, we celebrate the freedoms and opportunities that make our nation strong. As we gather with family, friends, and neighbors, we are reminded of the courage and sacrifice of those who helped secure our independence and continue to protect it today.

Today, on Peace Officers Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women in law enforcement who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving and protecting their communities.

We are forever grateful for the courage, dedication, and selflessness of our fallen officers. Their service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

As you go about your day, please keep their families, loved ones, and fellow officers in your thoughts and prayers. Also remember those who continue to stand the Thin Blue Line each day, risking their lives to keep our communities safe.

May we always honor the legacy of the fallen and support those who continue the watch.
