My name is Charleanne Cannon, however, I go by the name Fatima. It’s a name I adopted at age 12. I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2006, in California, in which I also still hold a license there. I reciprocated my license here in Georgia in 2016. When breaking into the real estate market, I came in just around the time of the “BIG” crash. So in 2006, as a new agent, I didn’t know anything about traditional sales. I went right into a short sale market which ultimately turned into a REO (real estate owned - by the bank) market. I had to process a lot of BPOs (broker price opinion) for 3rd party vendors before receiving REOs from the bank. I share this story with you because I have A LOT of experience in the many facets of real estate. Shortly after moving to Georgia, I started working for a new home builder.
