This past board meeting I was honored to give recognition to a couple of the greatest members of our community, Ann Lapp and Jay Meyers, joined by Andrew and his family. Some of you may have heard about the unfortunate incident that happened when young Andrew Bennett took and scary fall while riding his scooter on Prospect Street. Due to the heroic efforts, along with the knowledge and experience Ann and Jay have, they were able to provide immediate emergency assistance all while rushing Andrew to the hospital where he spent days fighting for his life. With the prayers from our community along with the good Lords will, Ann and Jay will be remembered forever for their life saving efforts of Andrew Bennett.
On behalf of the Village of Attica, I ask that you all join me in thanking Ann and Jay for their service and dedication to our community! We are beyond blessed to have them!
