Feeling pressure to get good grades? Focus on what actually helps: sleep, eating healthy foods, and studying with a friend. Using someone else's stimulants isn't the answer and can be dangerous.

Preeclampsia Awareness Month
Know the Symptoms. Take Action.

This month, we join the Preeclampsia Foundation in raising awareness about preeclampsia — a life-threatening hypertensive disorder that can occur during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

High blood pressure can happen to any woman, in any pregnancy. Preeclampsia remains a leading cause of maternal and infant illness and death worldwide, making awareness and early recognition critical.

Join us this May as we educate, empower, and inspire women and families to take charge of their pregnancy health by learning the warning signs and knowing when to seek care.
