Getting Results for Scott County: I’m Proud to Support Randy Maxwell.
As a County Commissioner, I see every day how important it is to have partners at the state level who understand the "how-to" of government. We don’t need more talk in Indianapolis—we need people who can manage budgets, move projects forward, and cut through the red tape that holds our communities back.
That is why I am supporting my friend and State Senator,Randy Maxwell, for re-election.
Working with Randy has shown me that he isn’t just a legislator; he’s a partner. He understands the unique needs of Scott County, and he brings that same dedication to the Senate that we bring to the courthouse every day:
• Proven Fiscal Responsibility: Randy knows that every dollar we spend is a dollar out of a taxpayer’s pocket. He fights for fiscal discipline at the state level, which is exactly what we need to keep our county government strong and efficient.
• Protecting Our Property & Local Control: As we work on infrastructure and redevelopment here in the county, we need a Senator who protects our authority to make decisions locally. Randy is a steadfast defender of our land-use rights and local control—ensuring that Scott County’s future stays in our hands.
• Principles You Can Count On: I know where Randy stands. He is a rock-solid conservative who supports the America First agenda, defends our 2nd Amendment rights, and is never afraid to fight for our values.
We have a lot of momentum in Scott County right now, and I want to make sure we have a State Senator who helps us keep it going.
Join me in supporting Randy Maxwell. Let’s keep Scott County moving in the right direction.

❄️ Quick late afternoon update ❄️

Throughout the day our crews have continued plowing the roadways and treating them with salt. Because the sun is shining nice and bright today, salt has been effective and is helping our clean-up operations move right along.

Road Conditions: Our roadways are in good condition for the amount of snow that we received. Crews are continuing to run their routes to get any excess precipitation off of the roadways ahead of tonight’s low temperatures. Even the wind is helping to dry the roads out!🌬️

⏭️ Looking ahead: Tonight, crews will still be out to watch for and remove any snow that may blow into the roadways. This will help prevent freezing spots and new accumulation.

⚠️Safety Reminders - Although the roadways are shaping up well, please keep these tips in mind:

• Limit travel: If you must go out tomorrow please slow down, use caution, and leave plenty of space between your vehicle and other motorists (including our snowplows).

• Watch for black ice: Tempertures will drop tonight which always poses a potential for black ice. Remain vigilant.

• Avoid driving on shoulders: They are slicker than the roadways and driving on them causes slide-offs.

💯👏 We’re getting there, folks! Our crews and mechanics deserve a big round of applause for their work thus far. This event has not been an easy lift, but they’re doing it! We’re beyond proud.
