If you come into city hall about your water (or trash) bill, I can't hear you unless you talk to me, like you got some sense!

Crazy, right?

Today, we found TWO payments that had been received, deposited, and even cleared the bank, but were mistakenly not applied to the billing accounts. I absolutely COULD NOT make my ears work until WE realized I'm HERE to do EVERYTHING I CAN TO FIX THE MESS & solve the problem. Once the yelling stopped, I could instantly hear again!

The issues are ACKNOWLEDGED.

BLAME is not placed.

Mistakes have been made.

GRACE is given.

We're SO CLOSE to being THROUGH this storm. Let's just remember we ALL want the SAME outcome.

I will do whatever I can to help get there.
