This weekend! 📄🚮 Need to get rid of old papers & documents? 👀📑 Our next Shred Day event is this coming Saturday, August 22 from 8AM - 12PM at Coppin State University! 👏

Residents can securely shred up to two 32-gallon bags of paper documents and take advantage of additional recycling opportunities, including electronics and textiles, and greening resources from our GROW Center Pop Up.

DPW’s new Kresson Street facility is an important addition to our continued investment in Baltimore’s solid waste operations and, most importantly, our workforce.

The new employee facility provides locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms for both men and women — creating a safer, more comfortable space for our crews to prepare for their workday and take care of themselves after a hard day of service.
