What a beautiful day in Ashburton! 🍂 Blue skies, golden trees, and our whole neighborhood out together on Dorchester Road.

Our neighbor JD Moore caught some gorgeous shots of the day, and we had to share them. Thank you, JD! 🙏🧡

🐴 Saddle up, Ashburton! 🐴

Some of the biggest smiles at yesterday’s Fall Festival came from our youngest riders! 🧡

One by one, kids climbed into the saddle, and the excitement was everywhere: a little nervous at first, then grinning from ear to ear as they rode down Dorchester Road. 🤠

For many of them, it was their very first time on a horse, and we’re so glad it happened right here in our neighborhood. Memories like these last a lifetime! ✨

A big thank you to the horse handlers who kept every rider safe and made the day so special. 🙏

💃🕺 When Ashburton comes together, we DANCE! 🕺💃

The music started, and right there on Dorchester Road, neighbors turned the street into a dance floor. 🎶 Young and old, longtime residents and new faces, everybody moving together!

This is the part of the Fall Festival you can’t plan. It just happens when good people share a good day. 🧡

🎃 This is what Ashburton looks like. 🎃

At yesterday’s Fall Festival, this talented teen showed off his finished masterpiece: a pumpkin painted with Woodstock! 🐤🎨 The creativity in this neighborhood never stops amazing us.

And when we asked his proud dad what he thinks of our community, he kept it simple:

💬 “Ashburton is the best!”

We couldn’t agree more. 🧡

Moments like these are why we come together: neighbors who know each other, kids growing up with roots, and families who show up for one another.

Yesterday’s Fall Festival was one for the books, and our kids had the BEST time! 🧡

Here’s what kept the little ones smiling all afternoon:
🎨 Face painting: superheroes, butterflies, pumpkins and more!
🎃 Pumpkin decorating: so much creativity on Dorchester Road!
🐴 Horseback riding: brave riders and big smiles all around
🏰 Moon bounce: the jumping didn’t stop!
🍎 Apple bobbing: a whole pool of apples and lots of splashing!

Seeing our children laugh, play, and make memories together is exactly what community is all about. Thank you to every family who came out, every neighbor who brought a homemade dessert, and every volunteer who made the day possible. 🙏

Come hungry! We’ll have carved turkey, soft pretzels, hot chocolate, candy apple c***r, and more. And yes, there will be horseback riding 🐴
