Discover the benefits of herbal teas in this hands-on blending workshop. Using a variety of locally sourced herbs, we’ll explore how individual plants can support the body and mind, from calming and digestion to overall wellness. Participants will enjoy a guided tea tasting, learn about each herb, and create a custom dried blend to take home and enjoy. Sip, learn, and connect in a relaxed and social atmosphere.

✏️🎨Get ready for the school year with a creative and fun activity decorating your own pencil pouch. A great way for kids to express themselves, connect with others, and ease back into the school routine.

In addition to crafting, we’ll create space for light conversation and reflection, including sharing favorite summer memories and talking about the upcoming school year. Kids will also have the opportunity to set simple, positive intentions for the year ahead in a supportive and age-appropriate way.
