This is exactly why Rhode Island's Board of Elections and Secretary of State refuse to share voter registration data with the US Department Of Justice.... Barrington a town of 16,877 residence of which only 12,361 are of voting age and roughly 300 are not US citizens. Yet, Barrington has over 14,100 on the voting rolls..(12,966 "Active"). It has been like this for decades...and they never manage to purge the rolls of these inactive voters. You become an active voter when you fail to vote in two consecutive federal general elections and then fail to respond to a postcard notification... Based on that process an inactive, voter shouldn't remain on the voting rolls more than five years... What is going on? Why is our Secretary of State so incompetent? Do I really need to answer the question?

While most Democrats mock or ignore the military’s history, Fetterman acknowledged the courage and honor of those who’ve served — a stance more often heard from Republicans.

Credit where it’s due — but will the rest of his party listen?
