American Legion Elvis Presley Post 249 A local groups of veterans who exist to support veterans, our community and our country. We are part of the national American Legion.

Since our charter in 1987, our American Legion Post has been welcoming VETERANS from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, we continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, Country and Community Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our country, friends and families embodied

in our preamble below. Many of us are making a extra effort to make sure there is not a repeat of the Vietnam era. We make an effort on every occasion to welcome home our troops and to exspress to them how very much they are appreciated.
