Universal Village Outreach is ready to step up and become more active in serving our community! As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we’re reaching out for support to do something truly special for our children as they head back to school. Hi everyone!!! To get straight to the point, We’re asking for bottled water donations. We want to make sure that every bus in Tangipahoa Parish has a case of water on it when children return to school on August 10th. Please, please be a part of the village and help us make this happen!!! You may DM us if you have any questions. We can schedule a pick up day and time and/or it can be dropped off at Hammond Westside Montessori on the lower side. We will be contacting other schools for permission to drop off at their sites so it will be easy for bus drivers to pick water up for their buses. You can send monetary donations through Zelle, Venmo , cash app $MsWalkerSD

Good morning VILLAGE!!
We are looking for at least 100 men to come in there work attire- ties, shirts, dress pants, uniforms, and etc. - to Hammond Westside aMontessori School to welcome our children back to school. Please be there August 11, 2022 by 7:30am, go to our front office to get a name tag, and ask for Sharon Walker!! Let’s help in making sure that our children have an amazing first day of school and school year!!! We must do this together!!!! Will you meet us there?!?!?!!!

It was a wonderful day in the town of Springfield, LA. I want to thank everyone who came out to help with our Second Annual Back to School Give Away. We decided not to take pictures of those we gave book sacks and supplies. They were thankful and very grateful for our token of love. I thank you for your donations. Please continue to GIVE because we want to do BIGGER and BETTER things in our communities for our CHILDREN. My heart is so happy right now. I truly believe this is my calling- helping children meet needs before they get to the classroom. Again, The Universal Village Outreach thanks everyone for your support and encouragement. It’s about that time!!! This Saturday, August 06, 2022, we are sooo excited in helping our children and families!!! Come out and get a book sack filled with school supplies!! We must work to meet the needs of our children before they get to the classroom. We are looking forward to seeing you at our second annual back to school give away!!
