Last night, Garden State C.O.P.S. hosted their 5th Black & Blue Ball. Gwendolyn DiNardo, the daughter of JCPD Officer MarcAnthony DiNardo, EOW 7/21/2009, was the guest speaker. Gwendolyn spoke about her loss at age 4 and growing up with the programs Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) provides and what they meant to her.

Who is interested in attending?

This conference is at no charge to survivors if you do not plan to attend your survivor designated retreat.

Example: If you decide not to attend COPS Spouses Weekend, the $250 fee for this conference is waived.

In addition, if you attend all seminars and activities at the conference National COPS will reimburse your hotel room costs.

And…Garden State COPS will reimburse your airfare up to a certain amount.

So this conference is very budget friendly 💙💙💙

Several survivors from NJ are already planning to attend.

Our Fourth Annual Day at the Races is Saturday, May 30, 2026
REGISTRATION For this event is REQUIRED.
Survivors are FREE and may invite Non-Survivors for a $20 fee.
We will provide food, snacks, water, and soft drinks. You may bring your own alcohol (no glass bottles or hard liquor).
