Bring Me Back Home (BMBH) Registry – Now Available in Connecticut

The Bring Me Back Home program is a new, confidential registry designed to assist Connecticut residents who may be at risk of wandering, becoming disoriented, or getting lost due to cognitive challenges. Families and caregivers can register their loved one online and include identifying information and a photo.

In the event the individual goes missing, first responders can quickly access the secure registry to help locate and safely return them home. This resource is available to support those living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, and other conditions affecting memory or orientation.

Register today using the link or QR code provided. Acting early can save valuable time in an emergency.

I would like to take a moment on this National First Responders Day to send my deepest gratitude to the members of Beacon Hose Co. No. 1, the Beacon Falls Police Department, the CT State Police, and all of the other volunteers that keep our community safe. We are better and safer because of your dedicated service, it does not go unnoticed.

Beacon Hose’s own Ryan Caulfield is among the approximately 100 members of the Connecticut National Guard who this week are being deployed for a yearlong assignment.

Ryan has been active at Beacon Hose for about 10 years as a firefighter and EMR, and he’s also a career police officer. This flag will hang in Ryan’s locker at Beacon Hose until he returns safely from his deployment.

Please join us in wishing Ryan a safe deployment as he and the rest of his unit protect all of us here at home.
