With over 15+ years of dedicated experience in community development, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to our organization. Throughout his career, he has helped support and implement programs that strengthen neighborhoods, expand access to resources, and improve quality of life for underserved populations.

Tom has successfully contributed to initiatives that have impacted hundreds of families, supported millions in community-based funding efforts, and built strong partnerships that align with our mission of fostering sustainable growth and opportunity across Beaver County. His proven ability to connect strategy with real community impact makes him the ideal leader for this next chapter.

As we continue our work in empowering individuals, revitalizing communities, and creating lasting change, we are confident that Tom’s vision and commitment will help drive meaningful progress!

The CSBG RFP for the next round of funding is now available! This grant offers funding over a 5-year time period for qualifying applicants who offer services to low-income individuals.

The application packet, as well as more information regarding the grant and eligibility, can be picked up at the office.

Only paper/handwritten submissions are admissible!
