With my EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS, I VOW to preserve the Rights of all the people and pursue justice. Hello Fellow Citizens of Magisterial District 36-2-02
Beaver, Bridgewater, Brighton Township, Industry, Midland, Ohioville, Vanport

As your next Magisterial District Judge for District 36-2-02, I feel my experience, qualification and community service is imperative. I have been a practicing

attorney for 28 years within our community, having handled thousands of cases at the Magisterial District Judge level and above. I am standing member of the Beaver County Bar Association. Over the course of my career, I have practiced law ranging from civil litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, Social Security Claims, family law, in addition to Wills and Estates. I am certified to appear in all Courts in Pennsylvania. I have also had numerous trials in Beaver County before the Court of Common Pleas both civil and criminal. One of the most rewarding areas of my practice is representing the mental health consumers of Beaver County. I was appointed by the Court to this position and over the course of ten plus years, have advocated for those individuals, protecting the rights of thousands of citizens. I’m glad to have the opportunity to make a positive impact in these individuals’ lives. As a founder and current member of the Beaver County Veteran’s Court Board, I represent present and past members of the armed services. The Veteran’s Court program provides resources to our service men and women, who have protected our freedom, empowering them to become productive citizens. I served in the United States Army Reserves for 11 ½ years, having attained the rank of Captain, and am proud to continue my commitment to our Country and community by helping those who have served. My history of community service includes being a member of the Board of Directors and Solicitor for the Beaver County NAACP, Solicitor for ABATE of Beaver County, member of Penn State University Beaver Campus Criminal Justice Advisory Board, Wellsville F&AM #180, Scottish Right 32 Degree of Steubenville and the Al Koran Shriners, American Legion and VVA 882. In addition, I participate in the Beaver County Mock Trial Program as a sponsoring Lawyer and Coach, helping students experience and understand the Pennsylvania County Court System. I have been appointed to the Police Review Board by the Beaver County District Attorney. My community service experiences included 15 plus years on the executive board for Habitat for Humanity of Beaver County, Charter Board member of the Beaver County’s Bar Association Charitable Gifting Committee, Executive Board of Drug and Alcohol Services of Beaver Valley, Sunday School Director & teacher, Midland’s Local Law Enforcement Police Block Grant Board, and 5-year Team Sponsor for Beaver Area Youth Baseball. As your Magisterial District Judge, I will be fair and just, I will have judicial temperament to manage all who come before me, and I will utilize my experiences to assist in resolving cases. I have been a resident of Beaver County and our district since 1994. One of the most fulfilling jobs I have is being a father to two sons, Zeesha and Zane, both now young adults. I believe in being a positive role model and cultivating an environment that promotes hard work, community involvement and giving back to others. This is the kind of environment I want to bring to the Magisterial District Court. One of the few ways to serve your country and community, outside of military service and jury duty is to exercise your right to vote. Through your service, you can assist me in serving our community and help support the culture of hard work and giving back that I will bring with me to the office of Magisterial District Court 36-2-02. Thank You,
William M Braslawsce, Esq.
