Road Construction Update
Trebein Road Milling and Paving Monday, June 8, 2026

The Greene County Engineer’s Office announces that Butler Paving, on behalf of Hillside Farms Development, will be milling and paving Trebein Road between Dayton-Xenia Road/Hilltop Road and Stonebury starting Monday, June 8, 2026, and lasting 1 day, weather and equipment permitting.

Trebein Road will be under construction between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm. Traffic will be maintained using flaggers. Travelers can expect delays and we encourage you to use alternative routes.

🔥 Burn Ban Lifted — Burn Responsibly, Beavercreek 🔥

The statewide burn ban has been lifted, but outdoor burning should still be done safely and responsibly. Dry conditions and wind can quickly turn a small fire into a dangerous situation.

Before starting any recreational fire, please follow Beavercreek Township Fire Department open burn guidelines:

• 🔥 Recreational fires must be no larger than 3 feet in diameter and 2 feet high
• 📍 Fires must be at least 25 feet from structures or combustible materials
• 🪵 Only clean, dry wood may be burned — no leaves, trash, yard waste, or treated wood
• 🚿 Keep a hose, water source, sand, or extinguisher nearby
• 👀 Fires must be attended by an adult at all times until completely extinguished
• 🌬️ Avoid burning during windy or very dry conditions

The regularly scheduled Zoning Commission meeting is now Cancelled -- no agenda items for Board. The Applicant of the previously scheduled Case #846 has requested to table the case to a future date.
