A social support group that is working together to create a ‘New Normal’ Distinctive Living is an initiative that was brought to life through a need in our community for after care, follow up to losing a spouse or loved one.

Our founder Jeff Friedman worked closely with Gayle Weinstein, certified LMSW to help create a group focused on the aftermath of dealing with loss and grief, and how to transition and move forward to accept a 'new normal'. In this dizzying and fast paced world finding a new normal can be a difficult challenge. Our hope with forming Distinctive Living is to provide a safe and healthy environment for people to meet new people, share experiences, and move forward in baby steps.
