Bellaire High School Orchestra and Piano

Bellaire High School Orchestra and Piano Bellaire High School Orchestra and Piano is a fine arts enrichment course for students interested in using music to make a positive impact upon society.

The orchestra program is divided into three groups: Chamber, Lyrica, Philharmonic, and Sinfonia. Both piano and orchestra concerts are free and open to the community. We hope to see you there! Director: Laurette Reynosa

Sinfonia-- please check your emails for some important news!

We hope you've used the extended break to get some practicing done, because the Honor Orchestra rehearsal scheduled for this Wednesday, the 13th from 4:30-6 is NOT CANCELLED. Attendance won't be required, but you will receive 5 (!!) extra credit points on the final for showing up. (remember your final exam grades from last year, IB Music). Please arrive by 4:15, and remember to use the Maple entrance on the side of the school because of the repairs happening along S. Rice. If you need a ride or can not show up, please let us know.

We will also be adding rehearsals on October 2 and 16 from 4:30-6 PM, so be sure to update your calendars.

Also, for those of you auditioning for Region, the cuts were recently released, and you can find a link for them in your emails as well.

I'm having trouble getting into the Bellaire High Alumni Group, Facebook keeps crashing. The Boys Championship Basketball team from 95-96 is trying to see if someone can let us have one last gathering in the gym the day after Thanksgiving when everyone is in town, since they're demolishing the school. If you can't help with the group, can you help get the word out please?
