The World Humanity Commission is an international organization registered in the United States and other jurisdictions. It enjoys Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council [UN ECOSOC]. The Commission conducts its activities in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (1963), United Nations General Assembly Resolution 179 (II) of 21 November 1947, the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (1969), and the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties between States and International Organizations or between International Organizations (1986).

The Commission is committed to advancing humanitarian affairs, diplomacy, peacebuilding, human rights, socio-economic and sustainable development, among other development priorities. Its mandate includes fostering peaceful coexistence across ethnic, social, political, and religious lines, and contributing to national and global development priorities.

• Impartiality: Providing aid based solely on need, without discrimination.

Commissioner for Humanity Advocacy —Amb. Yeukai Tshwanelo was privileged to spend the day with the incredible leaders and attendees at the PLG for the Leadership Academy supporting female athletes across Australia.

What PLG is doing for female athletes in Australia aligns directly with WHC’s mission: building safe spaces, confidence, and leadership pathways that outlast any single event. When women rise in sport, they rise in communities, policy rooms, and boardrooms too.

The World Humanity Commission appoints Amb. Ndourwe Benoît
—as Coordinator/ Consul General of World Humanity Commission in Central Africa CEMAC Zone:

🇨🇬 Democratic Republic of the Congo

🇬🇦 Gabonese Republic

The role is crucial to translating WHC’s global mandate into tangible impact at the national level, fostering dialogue, cooperation, and accountability in line with the UN Charter and Sustainable Development Goals.

This appointment recognizes his commitment to humanitarian principles and his capacity to advance WHC’s mandate at the sub-regional/ national level.

Mandate and Responsibilities:
As Coordinator/ Consul General, he shall represent the interests of WHC in Central Africa CEMAC Zone and act as the principal liaison for all WHC matters within the CEMAC countries.

Key Responsibilities:
In this capacity, the Coordinator/ Consul General shall:
1. Representation: Represent WHC in engagements with the Government of Central Africa CEMAC Zone, diplomatic missions, UN agencies, and other multilateral institutions.
2. Partnership Building: Engage civil society, academia, faith communities, and the private sector to advance objectives.
3. Advocacy & Reporting: Support WHC’s advocacy at UN ECOSOC, the Human Rights Council, and related fora through coordinated action, briefings, and timely reporting.
4. Program Alignment: Promote and monitor WHC-aligned initiatives that uphold civilian safety, humanitarian neutrality, and the inherent dignity of every person.

He is authorized to use the title “Coordinator/ Consul General of the World Humanity Commission in Central Africa CEMAC Zone” and to act in accordance with WHC statutes, the UN Charter, and applicable diplomatic and legal frameworks.

The World Humanity Commission respectfully requests that the authorities in Central Africa CEMAC Zone extend to WHC official the recognition, courtesies, and assistance appropriate to the effective performance of these duties.

Announcement of Appointment Confirmation 📢

The World Humanity Commission appoints Amb. Queen Yeukai Cecilia Ota —as Commissioner for Humanity Advocacy, World Humanity Commission.

Commissioner for Humanity Advocacy is a key advocacy role within WHC, focused on amplifying the Commission’s message of peace, human dignity, humanitarian action, and sustainable development across communities and platforms.

Furthermore, in this capacity, Amb. Queen Cecilia is authorized to:
1. Represent the World Humanity Commission and act on its behalf within the scope of the Commission’s mandate;
2. Engage with governmental and non-governmental entities to advance humanitarian affairs, human rights, diplomacy, and sustainable development;
3. Undertake such activities as may be necessary to fulfill the objectives of the Commission, consistent with international law and the laws of countries around the world.

The World Humanity Commission respectfully requests that the authorities of countries around the world extend to WHC official the recognition, courtesies, and assistance appropriate to the effective performance of these duties.
