Allegany County Family Planning Program The Allegany County Family Planning Program offers comprehensive, affordable and confidential reproductive and preventative health care. The Allegany County Family Planning Program services include:
Sexually Transmitted Infection education, testing, and treatment
HIV & Hep C testing
Most birth control methods
Emergency Contraception
Physical exams
Pelvic exams
Pap tests
Breast exams and referrals for mammograms
Pregnancy testing
Emergency contraception
HPV vaccine for ages 11 to 26
FREE condoms

All Services are 100% confidential

We have three clinic locations available- Alfred, Belmont, and Wellsville with both day and evening appointments available.

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid. If you have no insurance or are underinsured, you may qualify for the Family Planning Benefit Program. Fees are based on your ability to pay. No one is turned away due to lack of money.

$250K grant funds Women's Health Initiative programs


The Health Department walk-in flu clinic is Wednesday, December 5th from 8:45am-4:00pm at 7 Court Street, Belmont, NY in the County Office Building. No appointments are necessary.

Please bring all insurance cards as insurance companies will be billed or a sliding fee scale is available.

Those who are age 6 months and up are welcome. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Please wear short sleeves.
