Meet Ociezecharia, or “OC,” a thoughtful 16-year-old who finds peace and creativity through sewing.

OC dreams of using his sewing skills to make warm clothes for people experiencing homelessness. He’s kind, respectful, and always thinking of others. Most of all, he hopes to find a forever family who will accept him for who he is and encourage him to be his own person.

OC is ready to give his whole heart to a family of his own.

Heart Gallery stands with OCOK in sharing these heartfelt sentiments for the families and communities impacted by the devastating Ross Fire in Palo Pinto County.

🔥 Our hearts are with our Palo Pinto County families right now.

The Ross Fire has burned tens of thousands of acres across Palo Pinto County and surrounding areas, forcing evacuations and touching communities we know well — Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto, and Graford.

Our team has been checking in on our foster, adoptive, and kinship families throughout the affected area, and we'll continue to do so in the days ahead. We're here, we're thinking of you, and we're ready to support you however you need.

To our Palo Pinto County families, first responders, and neighbors: please stay safe. Our hearts are with you.

At 15, Ryder has grown so much since we first met him two years ago. He’s more confident, he’s found his voice, and his love for SpongeBob hasn’t changed one bit!

His CASA advocate says he needs a family who can provide patience, lifelong care, and unconditional love.

He hopes one day to share them with a forever family who will see what we see because Ryder knows he is the biggest prize of all.

Meet Kerry, 12, a sports-loving kid with a big heart and a dream of finding his forever family.

Kerry loves challenging himself, playing sports, and dreaming about the day he’ll have a family cheering him on from the stands. He hopes for a patient, supportive family who will honor his connection with his sisters and the love he will always carry for his biological mother.

More than anything, Kerry wants a forever family where he can keep growing, dreaming, and becoming the person he’s meant to be.

🎂💙 Timothy’s 9th birthday was filled with laughter, love, and a celebration he’ll never forget. But behind the smiles is one simple wish: a family of his own.

Timothy is a smart, sweet, easygoing 9-year-old who loves connection and dreams of having a mama who loves him, hugs him, and goes everywhere with him. He’s on the autism spectrum and needs a family who can offer patience, consistency, understanding, and unconditional love.
