We created Faith Walk so that it will be clear to people who we are and what we are about. The purpose of Faith Walk is to spread the love of Jesus Christ through personal relationship and Biblical application, so that people can truly grow and live the blessed lives that God has intended for them. Steven is a native of Lango Sub-Region. He speaks six languages, A professional driver and partner
in Odur and son's auto Garage which has a ministry training youth and young adults who have lived on the streets. Rachel is an American who moved to Uganda in 2012. She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Sciences. She worked for three years as a Child Development Specialist with Project Hope Worldwide (PHW) at their children's home. In 2016 Rachel started focusing her time bringing people together in small groups for Christian growth, Biblical application, and community. She now has an area at the garage for teaching Literacy, English, and having Bible study groups. Faith Walk has started out small and we want to keep it personal and relational. We want for people to be genuine and free to share and accept areas of struggle and bondage. We will support and pray for one another in seeking Christ to free us from those bonds, discovering for each one the blessings and purpose God has for our lives, as we walk in closer relationship with Him daily. We are supported primarily by churches in Central Oregon and look forward to teams visiting to help us in sharing Christ's love. We also want to work together with other ministries and NGOs for resources to be made known for appropriate services to be available for people.
