The Co-Caring Initiative

The Co-Caring Initiative The Co-Caring Initiative is creating a world that’s connected, well-cared & vital.

Happy Holidays! Wow, this was a year where we learned that caring leadership is definitely more effective than not.

2025 was about building the foundation for a network of co-caring leaders.
Here’s a glimpse of what we did, in CCI’s 20-sec 2025 Impact video.

In 2025, CCI focused on Real Democracy. That is, building a resilient network of co-caring leaders — practical dialogue skills, leadership capacity, and real support systems when things feel polarized or unstable.

If you want to be part of what we’re building in 2026, here’s the support link! tinyurl.com/Donate

2025 Highlights

• Real Democracy / Sacred Activism — community dialogues + civic friendship circles grounded in nonviolent communication

• East Bay Civic Hub — early prototypes of community-led coordination and leadership development

• Tech Empowerment — hands-on IT support + tech confidence-building for economic inclusion (especially for women, immigrants, and older adults)

• Democracy Walls (incl BaM) — participatory public installations reaching new communities

• AI Hackathon recognition — our climate project decision-support tool earned 2nd place at SF Climate Week

Thank you for being part of this community!

Warmly,
Minda

PS: For leaders/founders who want New Year clarity, I’m opening 3 private planning intensives per week.
