We’ll be removing three waters from our 2026 Trout Stocking Schedule due to a new fish consumption advisory announced today.
The affected waters are Middle Spring Creek, Cumberland County and West Branch Briar Creek and Briar Creek in Columbia County.
If you were planning to fish for trout on these streams on Mentored Youth Day or Opening Day of trout season, please plan to find alternate waters.
Trout that were allocated for these waters will now be stocked in other nearby waters.
