Overturn Citizens United with a Constitutional Amendment - Only real people have 'rights' and money is not free speech. NO!! Corporations are legal fictions.
In 2010, with its ruling in Citizens United v. FEC, the Supreme Court ruled that corporations are persons, entitled by the U.S. Constitution to buy elections and run our government. Only human beings are people, money is not speech!! We believe that the Supreme Court is misguided in principle, and wrong on the law and are committed to reversing this decision.
