At NE Essex County CIT-TTAC, we recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health—especially for our first responders and the communities they serve. Every day, officers, dispatchers, and clinicians work together to respond with compassion, understanding, and care.

Huge thanks to Kevin and Jay from Eagle Eye Consulting for great training. Beyond the Badge training combines three impactful workshops, QPR Su***de Prevention, SHIELD Safety Planning, and Moral Injury Awareness, into a powerful one-day program.
