Introducing the NFS (Natural Foot Shape) Insole.

Designed around the natural foot shape popularized by Altra and engineered specifically for wide toe box footwear, the NFS gives your feet the room they were meant to have without sacrificing comfort or support.

Built on a zero-drop platform, the NFS helps keep your foot in its most biomechanically neutral position, stride after stride. A responsive PU foam top layer delivers energy return without feeling mushy or bottoming out, while a textured non-slip EVA base keeps the insole securely in place through long runs, hikes, and everyday wear.

At 5.5mm thick, the NFS adds protection and rebound without changing the fit your shoe was designed for.

This one got us. Our customer had been using the same insoles for years. Hard orthotics, some loss of sensation in his feet, and a specific set of needs most brands don't think about.

"I've used Spenco flat innersoles for years, but no longer. I use hard orthotics, with the innersoles over them. The Run619 innersoles quickly formed to fit the orthotics, making it easier to put the shoes on.

The innersoles you sent perfectly fit my 9.5 men's shoes, so I can avoid trimming. They are smoother, so when I use them in my slippers they don't abrade my feet. And they are firmer, so I can feel the surface under my feet better. This last is particularly important as I'm 83 and have some minor loss of sensation in my feet. The firmness also makes some too-soft shoes that I mistakenly bought more wearable. Finally, the firmness makes it easier to put them in my shoes without lumps and folds. I'm only sorry that I didn't find you years earlier."

We're heading back to Alaska. 🏔️❄️

On February 19th, Team Run 619 takes on the ITI 350, a 350-mile race across the interior of Alaska on the historic Iditarod Trail. Jagged mountain ranges, bone-numbing temperatures, and hauling all your survival gear through one of the most remote places on the planet.

Last year we finished in 7 days 19 hours. This year looks even tougher, with temps dipping into the -30s with fresh snow expected on the trail.

Our online store will be closed February 19 through March 5. We'll be back and shipping orders on March 6th.

If you have a pending return, we've extended our return window to 45 days for orders placed after January 20th.

New Run 619 MFM insoles, fresh Altra Lone Peak 6s… and one wild ride at the Kodiak 100.

Didn’t change shoes once — feet held strong, even when everything else didn’t. Finished by the skin of my teeth.
