I've learned a lot about people over the last few years. So many who thrive on division and anger and hurt... and then there's those who seek to unite, who love, and who value. There are those who battle for what they believe, and those who seek to tear down and destroy those who believe differently.
I got to experience first hand the lies of media... which was truly heartbreaking. How are people supposed to know what is true if those entrusted with sharing that information lace their publications with biased information for the purpose of sales?
Politics becomes a game for many...who lie to get into office and then vote according to personal private agendas that fail to represent the people who elected them.
What is this world becoming?
There are those who disagree with my beliefs, and that's okay. There are those who hold views that I do not agree with, and that also is ok...
But I have friends on all sides because I believe we accomplish more when we learn to work together, speak truth, and love always.
I've been quiet in this season, watching and learning... Sometimes those silent moments allow us to really observe what is going on around us....
And now, I begin writing...
