We had an amazing time presenting at the North Dakota Indian Education Summit, connecting with fellow professionals all across our state! So proud of the initiatives and actions taken across Indigenous Education!

Thank you to our incredible student dancers of BPS & MPS for sharing your heart and talents! Thank you to Jermaine Bell for sharing his powerful voice and MC gifts, explaining each category and including the work he does alongside our students throughout the school year. We are so thankful for you!

Thankful also to get to hear the talented beautiful flute music of Darren Thompson, hearing the life story of Indigenous actor and advocate, Martin Sensmeier!

Thank you to Dr. Oban & Ms. Sala for presenting the impactful work being done at Horizon Middle School after dedicating years to Cultural Responsive Teaching & Practice with Scott Simpson & Sharla Steever who also shared their new, professional development being offered across ND.

Thank you ND DPI Office of Indian Education & Multicultural Learners for allowing us this time to share the work, and continue forward together in community, while also learning from the rest of our incredible presenters from across the state!
