Garage Sale
Neighborhood Garage Sale date will be Saturday April 27, 2013. We have partnered with Providence Hills and will share advertising expenses. This should bring more activity.
We are going to provide dumpsters during this time for the disposal of trash and unwanted items.
HOA Dues
Home Owner Dues Invoices will be mailed out around March 15, 2013. Dues are due May 1, 2013 and will be considered delinquent May 15, 2013.
Pool
The pool season is Friday, May 24 through Monday, September 2, 2013.
Pool rules will need to be printed from the website (harvardponds.com), signed and returned to receive your Pool access code. If your dues are not paid, your NEW pool access code will not be activated. Please do not expect those who have paid their dues to share their access code.
Pool Access codes will be available after May 1, 2013. You can obtain your pool code by email after your dues are paid in full. Email [email protected] attn: Kathi.
Last summer we replaced the pool lounge chairs. We are in the process of getting rid of the old lounge chairs. If you are interested in the old lounge chairs please contact Kathi Madewell @ 918.633.6210 to make arrangements to pick them up.
Ponds
We are working closely with PondsRX to get an early start on what could be another difficult year of keeping the ponds clear.
Four-legged Friends
Please do not let your cats or dogs roam the neighborhood unattended. There have been several seen lately.
Please pick up after your animal. This includes the common areas and your neighbor’s yards! There are waste stations around the main pond and park areas.
As members of our neighborhood we would like to remind our neighbors and educate new neighbors of a few of the covenant rules regarding Harvard Ponds. For all the Covenants please refer to the Harvard Ponds website at harvardponds.com.
Please keep in mind that these covenants are for the good of the neighborhood and to help keep our property value at its highest.
Lawns
A live tree, no less than 2" in diameter is required in the front lawn.
Please make sure to keep your lawn mowed and free of weeds and trash.
Spring is right around the corner now is the time to replace any missing or damaged landscape.
Household Trash
Please remember that all trashcans, rubbish or litter shall be stored from street view until 12 hours before the designated date for collection and returned from street view within 12 hours after collection.
Parking
Boats, trailers, campers, jet skies, inoperative vehicles and other large recreational equipment shall not be stored on your driveways or lot for a period of more than 48 hours per week (and absolutely never in the street).
Architectural
Make sure you submit an Architectural Approval Form to the HPHOA before making any changes to your property. You can find the Architectural Form at harvardponds.com.
A few Architectural examples would be the addition of fences, pools, permanent basketball goals etc..
