Alright Facebook family and friends.
I just had to share a few photos of some of the activities that we have going on here at Mach1Mentoring. Just in case you all did understand. We are teaching at risk youth and young adults basic automatics and up to total auto restoration while being mentored. Now!!!
What you may not understand is we are teaching our young skills that most mechanics and people that work on vehicles have never experienced. We start in a safe class room environment, where they can learn shop safety, tool identification and basic maintenance of the automobile. We are so proud of our program. The students learn how to master the use of tools while being mentored. We have seen every student that came through our doors have made a complete change in their lives. I am proud to say they all seem to love our program. As you can see we have a large shop with everything needed to teach our at risk youth and young adults skills that will certainly make a difference in their lives. Please take the time out and help us help our young. We are a nonprofit organization 501c3. Your help and support is seriously needed please Donate. We are doing everything we can to keep this program going. Thank you so much for your time. I hope you all enjoy the photos.

Hello Facebook family and friends... We are doing everything we can to keep our doors open so, our at risk youth and young adults can learn skills that will help them with lifes challenges. We need help with funding. There are people who are liking and sometimes sharing our post and we are thankful. Donations are what we need to run this program and as I stated in earlier post to run this program is very costly. People always tell me they really appreciate what we are doing, but hardly any is helping us. Please take the time and help us by donating. Thanks again

It is so amazing how you always hear people complaining "why won't anyone help our youth". We at Mach1Mentoring are doing everything we can without funding. We are asking for help. It seems everyone is just to busy or just don't care. We have a large shop with all the tools, equipment and instructors needed to teach our students skills that will help them have better choices in their future.
We just can't do this alone.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!

People often ask why do I choose the older cars to work on or restore?
Just about everyone out there likes or love the old classic cars of the past especially the Baby Boomers I just happen to be the last end of them.
The thing is the older classic cars do not have
computers in them, which makes them the perfect teaching tool for teaching basic automechanics. Now don't get me wrong I don't have anything against computers, they just require quite a bit of costly equipment in order to make your project work. Remember back in the day when you could purchase and old junk car and put it in your parent's driveway or garage and have it running and driving by the weekend. If you didn't experience that please just try to picture it LOL... I am doing this with the young men and women, we are teaching them basic automechanics and skills you would not believe and they are loving it. Everyone is always asking, " what can be done about our youth"? Well if we could try doing what most of our parents did and take time out of our busy schedules and teach them skills, that will make a difference. And know this, we are here to help you. Just look us up! "We use old cars to save young lives".
