Umami Mami Pop-up at Telaya Bites, hosted by Telaya Wine Co. 🍷🍚

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Telaya this past week to bring our pop-up menu to their wine members. Curating a specific Laotian menu with some of their delicious wines!

Umami Mami is a pop-up menu presented by Wok N Roll and curated by owner/chef Jes, focusing on traditional Lao and Thai dishes. A shoutout to her heritage and childhood routes.

This menu is not available at our storefront or food truck, so keep an eye out where our pop-up will be next 🇱🇦
