⭐ Caught in the Spotlight Award ⭐
On July 12, 2026, it was observed that Choice Moore Correctional Officer III Eboue provided exceptional assistance during visitation. At the conclusion of the session, Officer Eboue escorted a visitor to her vehicle while holding an umbrella to protect her from heavy rain ☔. The visitor was carrying a newborn baby 👶 at the time, and Officer Eboue ensured their safety and comfort throughout the walk. His actions exemplified professionalism, compassion, and the core values of H.E.A.R.T. ❤️
