The private apartment downstairs accommodates 4 comfortably. We have accommodated up to 8 before with sleeping bags/couches. It really depends on your needs, and prior approval. It features two bedrooms, a master with a California King size bed and a beautiful, vintage oak writing desk. The second bedroom has Queen size bed with a solid oak frame, full bath, and a small den with a Lazy Boy and love seat adjacent to the bedrooms. The main floor is shared, and has a media/TV room, a dining room, large kitchen, living room, atrium (to***co ok in Atrium), a large outdoor deck and a porch. Guest Access

We are located in beautiful Sunshine Canyon. The immediate area around our house features beautiful hiking trails (Bald Mountain trailhead is less than a mile away). Sunshine Canyon is a favorite canyon for experienced cycling and all levels of hiking. Check out our guidebook to find favorite local Dispensaries, Bars, Restaurants, Entertainment, and great areas to hike, bike or people watch. We want your experience in Boulder Colorado to be a well informed and positive experience. Getting around:
Easy access to town, and the mountains further west. 10- 15 minutes up or down the canyon to Boulder. A car is recommended.
