TOWNSHIP PASSES A PRO 2nd AMMENDMENT RESOLUTION TO FORM A MILITIA:

In November 2023, Holton Township in Michigan passed a resolution declaring itself a Second Amendment sanctuary and establishing a voluntary, symbolic "militia".

This move, prompted by new state "red flag" laws, aims to provide legal standing to contest gun confiscation, rather than creating an armed,,,on-the-ground paramilitary force.

The initiative is designed to protect due process for gun owners,,,allowing members to claim legal defense if authorities attempt to seize fi****ms under Michigan’s extreme risk protection order laws.

It is a symbolic, political move against gun control, though Attorney Randall Levine noted that belonging to such a group does not exempt residents from state gun regulations.

The action specifically responds to Michigan's,,"red flag" law, which allows for the temporary removal of fi****ms from individuals deemed dangerous.

This has never been more TRUE than the case of our POTUS, D T Trump... From his first run for Potus (pre 2016) the political handlers knew he was not your traditional Republican.

Trump was a type of throw back to The True We the People, "communist fighting conservative" . The last POTUS who ran on the platform was Reagan. Reagan was formed by JFK Years, Trump was formed in the Reagan Years..

If opinions were to be a Litmus Test, Jessie Ventura would never have survived as Governor of Minnesota.. yet Trump formed his first POTUS run on the framwork of the Ventura Campaign...

The outspoken senator was an immediate 7-point favorite to win.

LESSON LEARNED:

The Grass Roots/Patriot approach to Politics is faced with a unique problem as it negotiates its way through local regimes of loyalty, family blood and private business alliances.

There is always the problem of natural bonding of both good and bad actors.

When geo-political lines such as county lines and BPOU assigned areas are crossed, passions rise and "back room deals" are made.

The importance of abiding by the Geo-Political lines for Rep and Senator Districts was proven in the 2024 election.

In District 40B, Republicans successfully invalidated DFL winner Curtis Johnson's election certificate.The judge ruled that Johnson did not meet residency requirements and was thus ineligible to take the oath of office.

This temporarily shifted the House majority to 67–66 in favor of Republicans until a special election was held, which shifted it back to 67–67. This glaring error by the DFL was followed by another "underhanded" boycott of the first three weeks of the legislative sessions. In other words the DFL had two "back room deals going on" , a very itentional error of a street address being outside of the BPOU boundaries and a "secrete coven" to boycott the 2025 Session.

POINT BEING: Bad Acting by the opponent (DFL Curtis Johnson and the boycott) led to a three week denial of a Republicans quorum. This boycott drove the power sharing agreement on February 5 leading to the February 6 election of Lisa Demuth as Speaker of the House.

PLEDGES BROKEN: What seems like a pledge of integrity prior to a fair fight can easily turn into a "self betrayal" and a barrier for pursuing truth when bad actors change the landscape.

The DFL broke a long standing pledge of "getting to work when the session begans". This broken pledge prevented normal house business for almost month.

A Liberal "Walz led" State Supreme Court tied the hands of a GOP majority for three weeks.

We the People LOST.

A pledge and Oath are not the same.

Pledges assume fair play in the battle.

Oaths assume a blood bond.

BAD ACTING LEADS TO BROKEN PLEDGES.

A PLEDGE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO DENY 'WE THE PEOPLE' OF THEIR VOICE.

The endorsement convention is over and two of us are no longer running according to our agreement.
