Braselton Community Cleanup Day 2026

Thank you to everyone who joined us Saturday, March 28th to help keep Braselton beautiful! With your dedication and hard work, nearly 100 bags of trash were removed from streets and public spaces across town.

We're sincerely grateful to everyone who came out, lent a hand, and played an important role in making this Community Cleanup Day such a success.

FREE Historic Walking Tours in Downtown Braselton

During the month of May, the Town of Braselton will be offering free, guided walking tours in the historic downtown district. While these tours are free, they do require that you reserve a spot. Each tour is limited to 30 attendees to ensure each person has a great experience!

The story starts in 1876, when William Harrison Braselton purchased nearly 800 acres of farmland in what is now the Town of Braselton. William proceeded to move his family to a small house already on the property, and add-ons were made to the home as his family grew and grew...

& the rest is history. Let's walk through it together.

California born pop artist Chris Hobé (also known as ArtRevolts) creates a box for the world to think outside of. Through Hobé's use of vibrant color combinations and eclectic & popular culture themes, he has made his one-of-a-kind art pieces highly sought after. Hobé's clientele includes domestic and international celebrities, avid art collectors, and his very own town that he lives in - the Town of Braselton!

Hobé states: "Each one of my pieces incorporates different layers and iconic nostalgic imagery from comic books, music, logos and patterns. There are always subtle subliminal messages in each piece that draw from pop culture and childhood. I tend to use loud and vibrant colors because nothing says in your face happiness like some bright color. Lastly the techniques that I use come from years of creating stencils, painting and illustration; each piece is a mash-up of pop culture and iconic imagery created to give you a one of a kind visual experience."

Movies Under the Stars Return to Braselton on May 30

Braselton, GA – March 30, 2026 – The Braselton Visitors Bureau Authority will launch its annual Summer Movie Series on May 30 at the Braselton Town Green, featuring themed, family-friendly outdoor films throughout the season.

The series kicks off with the beloved Pixar film Ratatouille (2007). In keeping with the spirit of the film, this free community event will feature a food theme, bringing local flavors and fun to attendees of all ages.

“Whether you’re sharing popcorn with old friends or introducing your children to a new favorite story, our movies on the green provide a family-friendly escape under the North Georgia stars,” said Lauren Leonard, Director of the Braselton Visitors Bureau Authority.

Concessions open at 7 p.m., and the movie begins at dark. Come early to explore downtown, grab a to-go meal from local eateries, and settle in for a perfect evening in the heart of Braselton.

Parking is available at the Braselton Parking Deck, 40 E. Lake Dr., directly across from the Town Green and ADA accessible. Admission is free.

Braselton's B-Team had the opportunity to tour Four Points Preparatory Academy!

During the tour, the community volunteers that shape Braselton's events learned about the school's pillars of Courage, Perseverance, Compassion, Respect, Encouragement, and Gratitude. Admissions Representative Cory Rumbaugh guided them around the campus, breaking down the operations & philosophy of Four Points while explaining what defines their unique approach to teaching.

Braselton Community Cleanup Day is approaching! A reminder to the public to be aware and drive with caution as people clean up trash alongside roadways this weekend. ⚠️

If you'd like to lend a hand, meet on March 28th at the Asa Carlton building (100 High Point Parkway) between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM to pick up supplies. Return supplies and drop off trash any time before 3:00 PM.

Wonderland Comes to Life at the Braselton Civic Center, April 4

Braselton, GA – The Braselton Players are excited to announce a full day of immersive Alice in Wonderland experiences coming to Braselton Civic Center.

The day features two unique productions, both of which include the interactive “Too Big” and “Too Small” rooms:

Tea Time with Alice – A family-friendly event where guests can enjoy a whimsical tea luncheon and meet their favorite Wonderland characters. Doors open at 1 PM, with the show beginning at 2 PM. Tickets are $35.

Alice After Dark: A Cabaret – Adults 18+ will experience a bold, immersive cabaret with dancing flowers, screaming Queens, and chaotic fun. Doors open at 7 PM, show begins at 8 PM, with adult beverages and concessions available. Tickets are $30.

Both productions showcase the Braselton Players’ commitment to creative, community-focused theater and offer attendees a chance to step into a truly imaginative world.
