The Janus Center For Youth in Crisis The Janus Center provides intervention and case management to youth ages 11-17 and their families to It’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Programs and Services Offered:

Crisis Line: The crisis line at the Janus Center is run by a team of two case managers who are able to provide youth with mediation, resources, and basic necessities. If you someone you know needs help, call (203)-374-9473. Host Homes: Host Homes offers youth a safe place to stay with access to immediate help and supportive resources. Host Homes is a product of the

national Safe Place program, which designates schools, fire stations, libraries, and community friendly organizations as safe place locations for youth in crisis. School Based Program: The Janus Center is on site at eight different Bridgeport Public Schools to meet youth where they are at, building relationships with students, teachers, administrators, and guidance counselors, in an effort to assist students at risk of becoming truant or failing classes.
