Sheriff Michael Donato and the Cumberland County Sheriffâs Office announce that, through the course of its investigation, two additional individuals have been identified as operating ATVs and dirt bikes unlawfully on Saturday, August 15. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. The Sheriffâs Office extends its appreciation to the community for the information and cooperation that assisted in identifying these operators. This investigation remains active, and additional updates will be provided as further individuals are identified.

In a separate unrelated incident another individual has been identified as operating an ATV unlawfully, resulting in an arrest and an impound on August 27th, 2026. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
