A fit and charitable crew of Bridgewater Police officers completed Boston’s annual “Run to remember.”Sergeant Matthew MacFadzen, Sergeant Ryan O’Connell, Officer Bob Gray, Officer Clint Apaza, Officer Alex Mantalos, Officer Andrew Nelson, and Officer Ryan Conboy were the participants.

Boston’s Run To Remember is an annual half marathon and 5-mile road race. It was created to honor fallen law enforcement officers and first responders, while also supporting charities and community programs connected to police and first responder organizations.

On May 6th, the Bridgewater-Raynham Highschool Criminal Justice Program completed their course requirements and were presented their Certificates of Completion by Chief Christopher Delmonte , SRO John Pestana, Lt. Scott Hile and Officer Nicole Sheehan. These students are interested in careers in criminal law and were introduced to many aspects of law enforcement (taught by BPD Officers), they also received CPR certification, and toured The Plymouth House Of Corrections. Congratulations to all of these amazing students!
