Cornerstone Christian School visited Township Hall today and visited with Rick Soucy, Township Clerk. The students got to participate in a mock election as well as learning about other functions in Township Hall. Thank you for visiting us!

As we are enjoying the beginnings of summertime with BBQ's and time with loved ones, let's take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices of the brave souls that gave their lives for our freedoms. Today we honor the fallen heroes of the military services.

As a reminder Township Hall is Closed today and will reopen at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, morning.

As we are gearing up for the August election, we wanted to pause and thank everyone who worked tirelessly for the May 5th Special election. From office staff to the poll workers and counting board, they helped to ensure everyone that voted had the assistance needed to vote. Thank you! The Genoa election team rocks!

While it is Cinco de Mayo, if you haven't voted yet and live in Precinct 4 or 5, stop by your polling location at the Church of the Nazarene. You can also still drop off your Absentee Ballot if that is your voting method. Township Hall and Polling locations are open until 8 p.m.! So hit us up on your way out for Cinco celebration!
