Are you 'Going Orange' today? Wednesday, April 22 is 'Go Orange Day' for the 2026 Work Zone Awareness Week. The orange and yellow colors worn by our highway and roadway workers are bright for a reason... if you are driving and see them - be aware!!

It was a great partnership under the leadership of Work Zone Safe to gather transportation interests in Wisconsin to contribute to messages sent to attendees at the 2026 Wisconsin FCCLA Convention. Executive Director Patrick Vander Sanden had the honor to present two more Work Zone Safe Scholarships at the event to young drivers who now know how to navigate a vehicle around our work zones!!!
