***Carbon County Sheriff’s Office Top Ten Most Wanted***
1. Chaquille SMITH. SMITH has ties to Philadelphia but may have fled to Delaware. SMITH is wanted on three separate cases for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (all felonies) by the Carbon County Sheriff’s Office, Pennsylvania State Parole and Lycoming County Sheriff’s Office.
2. Joshua HOFFMAN. HOFFMAN has ties to the Palmerton area but may have fled to Maryland. HOFFMAN is wanted for failing to appear in court for the charge of Endangering Welfare of Children (F3), Simple Assault (M1) and Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2). HOFFMAN is also wanted by Pennsylvania State Police for Prohibited Possession of a Firearm (F1). HOFFMAN is to be considered armed and dangerous.
3. Ricky RUFFIN. RUFFIN has ties to Lansford and Allentown. RUFFIN is wanted on two separate felony counts of Aggravated Assault-Attempts to Cause or Cause Bodily Injury with a Deadly Weapon (F1). RUFFIN is to be considered armed and dangerous.
4. Joshua TESSITORE. TESSITORE has ties to Lansford and New Jersey. TESSITORE is wanted for absconding from Carbon County Adult Probation and Parole in January for the charge of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (F).
5. Wyatt COLL. COLL has ties to the Lansford, Kingston and Carbondale areas. COLL was sentence to serve one to three years in a state correctional facility for the charge of Conspiracy to manufacture or Deliver a Controlled Substance (F). COLL was court ordered to surrender himself to the Carbon County Correctional Facility to begin serving this sentence and failed to do so. As a result, COLL has also been charged with Default in Required Appearance (F).
6. Wendy GALICIA-MARTINEZ. GALICIA-MARTINEZ has ties to the Shamokin area. GALICIA-MARTINEZ is wanted for failing to appear in court for the charges of Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver a Controlled substance (F) and Simple Possession (M).
7.Shamir ROSS. ROSS has ties to the Lansford and Tamaqua areas. ROSS is wanted for failing to appear in court for the charges of Criminal Trespass (F3), Simple Assault (M2) x3, Defiant Trespass (M3). ROSS is also wanted out of Tamaqua Police Department for Burglary (F1) and New Jersey for the charges of, Simple Assault, Shoplifting, Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Pay Child Support.
8. Dashaun WILTSHIRE. WILTSHIRE has ties to Brooklyn, NY. WILTSHIRE is wanted, after being paroled, to return to the Carbon County Correctional Facility to finish serving his sentence for Fleeing and Eluding (F). As a result of his failure to report, he has been charged with Escape (F). WILTSHIRE is known to have gang affiliations.
9. Kory SPONHEIMER. SPONHEIMER is suspected to have fled to California. SPONHEIMER is wanted for absconding from supervision from the Carbon County Adult Probation and Parole Office for the charge of Escape (F3). SPONHEIMER is also wanted by the Sullivan County Adult Probation and Parole Office for absconding on the charge of Flight to Avoid Apprehension (F2).
10. Briana ATKINSON. ATKINSON has ties to the Hazleton area as well as New Hampshire and Florida. ATKINSON is wanted for absconding from supervisions from the Carbon County Adult Probation and Parole Office for the charge of Theft By Deception-False Impression (F3). ATKINSON is also wanted by the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office in New Hampshire for Identity Theft (F3) and multiple agencies in Florida for Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Identity Theft.
