To the guy at the Portland park whose dog bit the young girl.
Please do the right thing and come forward.
Even if your dog is not vaccinated.
Be responsible

If you have proof
You will save the young girl from going through thr rest of the shots.
They are painful and you get sick.

A young girl was bit by a Brown pitty.
This happened at the Portland town park.
Dog was not leashed.
The presumed owner took the dog never inquired about the girl.
Took off in a white SUV.
Anyone that might know this person or was at the park PLEASE check your camera.
This girl is now haveing to go through the rabies shots.
PLEASE any information would be helpful.
