Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten.
Our nation owes a debt to its fallen heroes that we can never fully repay, but we can honor their memory by standing together and upholding the values they fought so bravely to defend."
To all the families of our fallen service members, and to those who carry the memory of lost comrades—we stand with you today in remembrance and profound gratitude.

A year ago today on May 16th 2025 an EF-4 Tornado came through Pulaski and Laurel Counties and charged life's forever, which was on the ground for almost an hour and a half, killing 18 people and injured 108 others. May we never forget the life's lost, the ones injured, the properties lost, the first responders that responded, and all that was involved or effected.
